The NYC Mission Experience provides training for each team member.
Participants who choose the Streets and Parks ministry track will receive a training guide to review prior to the trip. This will give them the preliminary information they need for The Story training they will receive on the first full day of the trip. This training will equip Streets and Parks team members on how to share the gospel.

Participants who choose Above the Rim, One Touch Soccer and Summer Fun Week ministry tracks will receive all their training prior to arrival in New York. Their evangelism training consists of learning the IsThereMoreToLife? curriculum (5 color method).
This training is self-guided and conducted online at their own pace. It includes videos, a training guide, and additional activities. These ministry track team members will also receive a training guide about the operations of the camps. This will include the schedule, registration, drills, stations, and other relevant information about the camp so they are fully prepared on the first day.
